Our estimators are now utilizing estimating software that allows them to do take-offs directly off of the computer rather than conventional drawings. This enables us to do our estimates quicker and with more detail as well as making drawings more accessible through email and the internet.
Our project managers are put through leadership & management training to ensure that they are familiar with not only our trade but with how to most effectively schedule material and labor.
